Manama - Do you miss the Middle East? Here's a great reminder from Bahrain's national carrier

If you travelled to London from the GCC recently, you would have taken cabs that were painted differently.
This is because London's iconic cabs were recently adorned with full Gulf Air branding on them. The change in colours is part of a campaign with taxi advertising specialist Sherbet Media.
The campaign aimed to advertise Bahrain's national carrier's network, one-stop-shop website and worldwide call centre. For over one month, Gulf Air branded London cabs operated across the central and greater London area.
On the successful taxi advertising campaign, Gulf Air's UK Country Manager Mr Rashid AlGaoud commented: "We wanted to raise awareness of Gulf Air in one of the airline's key markets, and to do so in a truly standout way. With Sherbet Media we achieved this. We gained great brand awareness from this campaign with positive feedback from a broad spectrum of residents and visitors who saw and used the Gulf Air branded taxis in various locations throughout London."
