Live rent-free in these Dubai areas for a month

Who doesn't like some extra money? And who doesn't like it when that money is in thousands of dirhams, without you having to work for it?

At a time when residents are busy writing four cheques a year and cutting down on expenses on the "rent month", an offer from Dubai Properties has come as a delight.

The real estate giant is offering apartments rent-free for a month in select areas.

According to details on the company's website, patrons renting out villas in Layan and Shorooq properties.

A three-bedroom villa in Layan comes at Dh160,000, while a four-room property in the same area will cost Dh165,000 a year, according to information displayed on the website.

A similar offer is available on three- and four-bedroom villas in Shorooq, where tenants will have to pay Dh160,000 and Dh175,200 per year, respectively.
