Deepika Padukone rumoured to have broken off her relationship with Ranbir

RANBIR KAPOOR AND Deepika Padukone have parted ways. The news hasn’t been confirmed by Deepika or Ranbir yet, but it has reached all corners of Bollywood. And according to sources close to the couple, it’s Deepika who has called it off.

But why would Deepika dump the hottest budding star in the industry? Because the hot and young actor has a roving eye and it isn’t limited to just checking out other women. Ranbir’s flirtations have been the talk of the town for a while now, so it’s no wonder that Deepika has decided to break-off from him.

The actual story goes that Deepika was never bothered when Ranbir was flirting around with his designer friend Nandita. But she started growing insecure when reports of his closeness with Katrina became the hot topic of discussion in the industry. She even cut short her shoot and flew down to Goa where they both were shooting for Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. At that point Ranbir assured her that the stories about his relationship with Katrina were totally untrue. But as time went on Deepika kept hearing stories about Ranbir’s philandering ways.

Another fact that irked Deepika was Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor’s happiness when she heard of her son’s ‘friendship’ with Katrina Kaif.

And what really added fuel to the fire was Ranbir’s reluctance to commit to the Padukone lass. Ranbir on numerous occasions publicly spoke to the press saying that he wasn’t sure about his future with her. A comment that naturally didn’t go down well with Deepika.She on her part has broken all ties with Yuvraj Singh and her ex Nihar Pandya to show her dedication to the relationship. But despite all this, Ranbir continued with his philandering ways.

When quizzed about her relationship earlier, Deepika maintained, “Everyday I wake up to read and hear something about it! They (the media) can keep on doing their job.” But Deepika hasn’t yet answered the main question: are they still together or are they not? That definitely gives the press more to write about.

Only time will tell if this is indeed the end of the love story or just a lover’s tiff.
