Al Maya Group operates over 90 retail stores in the UAE, Oman and Doha, which according to Vachani, provides a platform to potential suppliers as well as offers a gateway to the company to expand across the region.
He said, "Al Maya Group celebrating its 35th birthday in the UAE this year, and is confidently equipped with the know-how, attention and care it requires from building a brand to opening a retail store in a highly competitive business segment be in food or non food."
Vachani emphasised that Al Maya Group is very agile and aggressive in its approach. "Under the able leadership of its Chairman, L K Pagarani, the group has entered into Retail, FMCG Distribution, Franchise Operation and Others.
"Al Maya has introduced 13 brands in 2016. It is actively looking for innovation and value-added product ranges to bring to the GCC region."
