Three GCC citizens have been sentenced to four years in jail for consuming drugs and crashing their car into another, resulting in the death of an Emirati.
The Fujairah Criminal Court ordered the driver to pay blood money (Diya) to the victim's family and also fined him Dh20,000. The court found them guilty of consuming heroin and causing the crash that killed the 29-year-old Emirati. The convicts also sustained minor injuries in the crash.
