Man arrested in 48 hours for stabbing case

Sharjah - The victim has stabs in various parts of his body and died immediately.

Sharjah Police on Saturday arrested a 43-year old Asian national in 48 hours after stabbing his compatriot to death in Al Mussala area in Sharjah.
A police official said on Friday, December 2, that they received a call about a body of a man found at the street of Al Mussala area. The police operation room dispatched a team from forensic, crime scene, CID, ambulance and patrol departments who reached the site where they found the victim in a pool of blood. "The victim has stabs in various parts of his body and died immediately," the official said.
The police team shifted the body to forensic laboratory, lifted finger prints, and collected evidences from the crime scene, held many for interrogation.
The police team launched intensified investigation and massive search for the murderer who was arrested in less than 48 hours.
