In the same interview, he also revealed his company's plans to expand to New York in London this 2017. He also explained the origins of his signature move which became viral. The video of him tastefully cutting and salting steak has garnered over 12 million views on Instagram. Gokce said: "Actually that move at the end [salting] came automatically. I did not do that to show off. It is just my signature. You can think of it a as kind of final touch for a painting. It was a final touch to the meat; I was blessing the meat," he added.
