All paid parking zones in Dubai, except multi-level parking lots, will be free to use from August 31 to September 3 during the Eid Al Adha break. Paid zones will be activated on September 4.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) revealed this as it announced the working hours of all services during the holiday.
Dubai Metro
> Red Line: On Thursday, the Red Line stations will operate from 5.30am to 2am (of the following day) and on Friday from 10am to 2am. On Saturday, these stations will operate from 5.50am till 2am; and on Sunday from 5.30am to 2am. The Express Metro Service will not be available on Saturday.
> Green Line: On Thursday, the line will operate from 5.50am till 2am; and on Friday, these stations will be open from 10am to 2am. On Saturday and Sunday, they will operate from 5.50am to 2am.
Tram
On Thursday, the Dubai Tram will operate from 6.30am to 1am, while on Friday, it will be operational from 9am to 1am. On Saturday and Sunday, it will be on from 6.30am to 1am.
Buses
Main public bus stations such as Gold Souq will open from 5am to 12am. In subsidiary stations, such as Satwa Station, buses will operate from 5am to 11pm, except for Route C01, which will be operating around the clock.
The Metro feeder bus stations at Rashidya, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta, Burj Khalifa, Abu Hail and Etisalat will operate from 5am to 2am. The timing of all Metro feeder bus service will match the timing of metro services.
