Shaikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the daughter of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, will be getting engaged to Shaikh Faisal Saud Khalid Al Qasimi tomorrow.
Shaikh Faisal belongs to a royal family from Ras Al Khaimah. The royal couple announced their engagement on Instagram.
