"I'm looking forward to having a new class, and getting to know the students and their parents. Last year I was fortunate to teach an iPad class at my school, and I believe it's a great tool to use to supplement topics, research, and enhance their learning. I've found my students to be a lot more creative and knowledgeable because they're excited to share what they've learned." - Manahil Ghani, Dubai-based teacher from USA
"I'm looking forward to hearing that my children have been singing and playing their favourite songs this summer. This new academic year we will use iPads to play instruments and compose songs. It's a really exciting time for all my students and myself." - Anna Diaz, Dubai-based teacher from Spain
"As a year leader and teacher in FS2, I am looking forward to opening up a whole new world of knowledge, skills and understanding in the six areas of development. In FS2, we also encourage children to be confident talkers and to have a sense of excitement about becoming writers. We use technology to encourage a holistic approach to learning." - Snehal Shetty, Dubai-based teacher from India
"I will be happy to hear if my students have practised Spanish during their vacations, especially if they have travelled to Spanish spoken countries. My wish for this year is the children have a thirst to learn Spanish in a fun way. Secondly, I try to use technology as much as possible during the lesson, for instance our online program (Education City), Chromebooks and also apps to learn Spanish with iPads." - Cristina Blazquez, Dubai-based teacher from Spain
"Being an FS1 Teacher is always a great adventure. I am looking forward to providing opportunities for the little children to explore their creativity and continue to develop their individuality in a secure environment. Being part of the Innovate team at my school, I'm looking forward to making technology more child-friendly for the children in Foundation Stage." - Priya Noronha, Dubai-based teacher from India
