On completion of ten glorious years, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has been hailed by the Nasdaq building in New York.

Ten years have passed since His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, acceded as Ruler of Dubai.
