Abu Dhabi - Located on the mall's ground floor, the Happiness Desk customer service department gives visitors all kinds of information

Keeping with the Year of Giving theme, Al Wahda Mall has introduced a Happiness Desk to add an atmosphere of positivity and initiative with its customer service assistance.
The desk is a new and improved version of the customer service department at the Abu Dhabi mall. It aims to take customer service a notch up by providing details of all the latest offers and promotions, giving timely directions and offering any kind of support for customers.
Located on the mall's ground floor, the Happiness Desk customer service department gives visitors information about mall-related happenings, while also providing generic information on the locality and other factors affecting the mall.
Mohammad Nauman Thakur, general manager, Al Wahda Mall, said: "The Happiness Desk is aimed at providing the best possible service with the least possible distress or discomfort. The reason we are starting to really talk about this new development is because it can be a daunting experience for many to seek the help they duly deserve at help desks and information counters.
