Firefighters are trying to put off the fire that took place in a hardware wear house at industrial area no 10 in Sharjah.

A massive fire broke out in an aluminum and hardware materials factory in Sharjah Industrial Area 10. The fire led to the gutting of all its contents. There were no causalities reported as all workers had been evacuated immediately.
The fire started at 12:00 pm at the entrance of one of the warehouses of the factory and spread to all its parts. The reason for the fire is not yet known.
The factory's warehouses contained construction material, such as aluminum, wood, rubber, plastics, paper rolls and cardboards.
Officials at the Civil defense said that as soon as they received the call about the accident a team of fire fighters from Samnan, Muwailih and Al Mina were dispatched to the site, immediately. The fire fighters arrived at the site in less than five minutes, and managed to control the fire from spreading to the warehouses and labour camps, nearby.
The police official said that the patrol arrived and cordoned off the area to allow the fire fighters carry out their duties. The police also evacuated the neighboring building, and labour camps.
The fire cooling operation started at 3:30 pm and the site was soon handed over to the forensic experts to determine the cause of the fire.
