An employer should pay the salary to an employee on the due dates and in accordance with the amount agreed in an employment contract
The victim was riding on the quadbike, which was damaged in the mishap, behind her 25-year-old husband who received minor injuries in the same road accident, according to a senior police officer.
Col Mohammed Obaid Al Khatiri, Chief of the Daqdaqa police station, said the quadbike was rented from a rental agency at the same heritage area of Awafi to the north of the emirate.
The Central Operations Room of the RAK police, alerted of the mishap, dispatched traffic patrols and ambulances to the scene in a record time.
"The wife, who received serious injuries in her head and bled excessively, could not make it, and died on the spot, while her husband who was slightly injured was shifted to the hospital for treatment and medical care."
The corpse of the victim was shifted to the morgue of the hospital for burial by relatives as due while the accident file was referred to the bodies concerned for legal actions.
"All drivers are urged to take precautionary measures and be careful on the road, particularly when riding a motor or quadbike, even if on a sand area," Col Al Khaitir said.
"A helmet and protective clothes are a must, as most traffic accidents are blamed on the ignorance of set rules, and that mostly end in deadly accidents and serious injuries."
