The children present will be entertained with an array of interactive shows, funny workshops, and interesting scientific demonstrations, he elaborated. "These will spur their scientific curiosity, and enhance their attention to science and technology."
Salem said they are much concerned about creating and adopting new strategies and ideas to boost government and non-government practices in a special workshop for social innovation strategies at the RAK Expos on Nov 23.
"The training workshop is meant to help meet the social needs, come up with sustainable solutions to community challenges, and develop all the vital sectors in Ras Al Khaimah."
Indicating, Salem said the UAE government, launching the Emirates Innovation Week, has paved the way for a more mature and decisive era to complete the national procession of development.
"Our prudent leadership, through this week, has featured how a serious government can make efficient use of all available resources, build up a healthy environment for innovation and excellence, and empower the nationals for the real change and invention."
Innovation is the capital of the future, he underlined. "This innovation week is aimed to boost the position of the country as a global hub for innovation, building faculties, and spreading the culture of invention across the UAE."
It is also meant to offshoot government entities, as well as the private sector and individuals to adopt the concept of innovation as an inevitable technique for sustainable development, Salem pointed out.
"This week is further to be a platform for initiating more innovative and creative drives and ideas in the service of the society and for giving a boost to the development and progress of the country."
