The police patrol, CID officers, and forensic experts found the man, identified as K.M., in a pool of blood. An ambulance rushed the man to Al Kuwaiti Hospital, where he was pronounced dead and then referred to public prosecution.
Several people were interrogated to determine the cause of the death.
Whether the death was an accident or suicide can only be ascertained after the investigation is over, the police said.
