A shocking video of a man trying to feed a cat to his dogs in the UAE has gone viral.

The video shows the man holding a cage with a white cat inside and offering it to his dogs.

One of the dogs then forces his head inside the cage and tries to grab the cat.

A longer version of the video, which we found too gruesome to post on the website, shows the dog mercilessly dragging the cat out of the cage even as the feline struggles for its life.

One of the dogs then grabs the cat by its belly while the other watches.

The helpless cat, in its defence, can be seen clawing at the dog's face and attempting to bite it.
