Word of caution: If you do decide to go on a holiday this New Year's eve, you'll be missing out on a world-class fireworks display taking place all over Dubai.
However, if you need a change of ambiance that doesn't include sand and camels, here are some great New Year holidays deals. The fun part is that all of these are under Dh999.
