Minivan catches fire on Dubai road

Dubai - Nobody was injured as firefighters immediately put out fire

A mini van was completely gutted in a fire on Dubai's Oud Metha Road on Thursday morning.
Dubai Civil Defence were alerted about a car catching fire at 11.50am opposite Marriot Al Jadaf hotel on Al Khail Road exit heading towards Al Ain.
Firefighters and police immediately rushed to site and go the fire under control. Police patrols controlled the movement of traffic by diverting it to alternative roads.
The driver managed to escape with out injuries, said the spokesperson of the Dubai civil Defense.
