Dubai Police have rescued a motorist after he got trapped inside his car following an accident.
Major Ahmed Atiq Bourqoubai, Deputy Director of General Department of Transport and Rescue said that the rescue team had to use hydraulic cutters to cut open the car to rescue the trapped motorist following a collision with van on Sheikh Zayed Road.
A rescue team rushed to the site of the accident after receiving information from the Command and  Control room of the General Department of Operation at 9:33pm.
The driver sustained minor injuries.
