The temperatures in the UAE are showing a dip with the minimum temperatures recorded today morning in the country at 14.8 degree Celsius, according to the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology.

The highest temperature recorded over the country on Sunday was 36.5°C in Al Dhaid at 2:45pm, while the lowest temperature recorded over the country was 15.7°C in Jais Mountain 6:15am.


The forecast for today is fair weather in general during daytime, partly cloudy at times over some eastern areas by afternoon mainly over the eastern mountains and adjacent areas, the NCMS said.

Light to moderate winds in general. The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas, with a chance of mist formation, especially over some internal western areas.

Maximum temperatures will surge to 36°C inland, with lows of 18°C expected in the mountains. Humidity levels could be as high as 90 per cent.

Sea will be slight to moderate becoming rough by afternoon in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.
