Dubai - Mercury to drop to 17°C in parts of the country

After Monday's hot weather, the weather forecast for Tuesday may bring some respite for UAE residents as the mercury drops to a minimum of 17°C in parts of the country.
According to the national met department, NCMS, the forecast for today is fair in general, with partly cloudy at times over some areas and light to moderate winds.
The relative humidity is likely to increase by night and early morning over the coastal areas.
After nearly 100 per cent humidity levels the past week, the humidity will reach a maximum of 85 per cent today.
Temperatures to hit a maximum of 42°C.

Residents are advised to take precautionary measures against sun burn during the afternoon when the sun is at its peak.
Sea is slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.
