During the holy month of Ramadan, volunteers distributing Iftar among residents around UAE are a common sight, including Dubai where young Emiratis and officials volunteer to distribute Iftar packs among motorists. However, recently, volunteers were in for a big surprise when a certain Dubai royalty shared his Iftar with them.
Passing by in his G63 AMG Mercedes-Benz 4-wheel drive, one of the Arab world's most loved and dynamic leaders stunned fasting volunteers - busy carrying out their duties - by sharing bottles of liquid to help them break their fast and quench their thirst.
The royalty being none other than His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler.

It is difficult to verify who shared the video first, but it has garnered nearly 59,000 views since it was uploaded on June 14 by a local news page, emirates.exclusive.

It is noteworthy that Sheikh Mohammed also announced early salary payment for Dubai government employees, so they can prepare for Eid Al Fitr, which is most likely to be celebrated on June 25 in UAE. For these volunteers, this is one Ramadan Iftar they will never forget.
