As the Indian women's cricket team made the entire country proud by reaching the final of the World Cup in England, it's a good time to ponder who is the greatest Indian sportswoman in history.
During the World Cup, Indian captain Mithali Raj became the first batswoman in the game's history to score over 6,000 runs in one-day cricket. That was really an amazing achievement from an Indian player. 
Mithali was also named captain of the ICC World XI after the tournament.
With achievements like that, Mithali has undoubtedly cemented her place among the legends in Indian sports.
