After having the world's tallest building, The Burj Khalifa, Dubai is ready to add another feather to its fascinating structures.
The Dynamic Tower, what is more popularly known as the the rotating skyscraper will be unveiled in 2020. The project was first announced in 2006 as we had earlier announced on our website.
Now, the planned opening date for the skyscraper is 2020 although the construction company, Dynamic Architecture, is yet to announce the date of commencement of the project.
The skyscraper is said to include apartments that can rotate 360 degrees, moving independently through voice-activated command controls that allow you to adjust the speed or stop the movement.

Dynamic Architecture on its website mentions, "The Dynamic Group decided to have in this iconic landmark a 'Wellness Experience' instead of a 'hotel'.  Indeed, it will no longer be a hotel but a new product in line with today's life."
What's even convenient is that residents would be able to program their apartments to move with the movement of the sun, so that they get sunlight throughout the day.
If you are wondering how much it would cost to live in this sci-fi skyscraper, hold your breath! Each unit will cost around $30 million. And the plan includes, making each unit separately and then connecting it to the core of the building through detachable valves. Each apartment is said to run on wind-turbine energy created between the floors.
Reaching a staggering 420 metres in height and covering an area of around 1.2 million square feet, the 80-storey structure will become the first 4D skyscraper in the world.
