30kg baggage allowance on AI Express till yearend

Dubai - Air India Express (AIE), the low cost arm of India’s national carrier Air India, has extended its baggage allowance to 30kg on all flights from the region to India till the end of the year.

“We are pleased to inform that AIE is now offering 30kg free baggage allowance on all its flights from the Gulf and Middle East to India all year round,” Melwin D’Silva, the airline’s regional manager-Gulf, Middle East and Africa, said in a media statement on Saturday. Tickets issued before June 5 are entitled to the allowance.
