Ingredients
Mango puree, frozen 250 gm
Sugar, granulated 250 gm
Sago, small, dried 50 gm
Gelatine 20 gm
Mango, fresh, cubed 125 gm
Milk, fresh, full 250 ml
Whipping cream 250 ml
Water 450 ml
Vanilla ice cream 4 scoop
Method
Boil the mango puree and add the rest of the ingredients together.
Cook until well mixed.
Strain and pour into 1-portion moulds. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Turn out the pudding and serve with a scoop of ice cream on top.
