The 26-minute programme called "La Folie Dubai", which is full of breathtaking pictures and images showcasing whatever a tourist want to know about the emirate will be viewed by six million viewers across France.

DTCM Manager Missions Hamad bin Mejren, said that a programme on Dubai would help us in reinforcing our mission of promoting the emirate as a premium holiday destination.

"Dubai's touristic places, amenities and infrastructure have been covered extensively, which will help in spreading greater awareness about the emirate in the French market," said Mr Bin Mejren.

He stated that Dubai being featured on a travel programme in France is "an excellent opportunity for us to introduce the viewers with the multi-faceted emirate" as the programme will be broadcasted in the evening attracting maximum viewers.

"La Folie Dubai", which means crazy about Dubai, will be on air on November 20.

The crew extensively covered places like golf clubs, Dubai Cruise Terminal, heritage sites, souks, shopping malls and tour and safaris, hotels and new developments such as Palm Islands.

A helicopter tour was also arranged for the crew where they captured breath taking sites and images of Dubai.
