Etisalat’s new outlet at Bin Sougat Centre

DUBAI — Etisalat has opened its latest retail outlet at the Bin Sougat Centre in Dubai. Located on the first floor, the outlet is open from 8am to 10pm Saturday to Thursday, and 4pm to 10pm on Friday.

The outlet is divided into three major zones. The Customer Service Zone is where customers can apply for any Etisalat service, including prepaid and postpaid mobiles, fixed line telephones, and dial-up and broadband Internet services. Customer queries and feedback will also be accepted at this zone, and will help customers choose the ideal service and plan for their usage.
