Holy week prayers start tomorrow
St Thomas Orthodox Cathedral at Oud Metha and St Gregorios Orthodox Church at Jebel Ali have announced their schedule of special prayers and services during the Passion Week that leads to Easter.
While the special Palm Sunday service will start in both churches at 6.30pm tomorrow (Saturday), the Mondy Thursday service will begin at 6.30pm on March 27. The Good Friday special prayers will be held at St Thomas Cathedral from 7.30am and at St Gregorios Church from 12 noon on March 29. The special Easter prayers and mass will start at 6.30pm on March 30 in both churches.
