It was an evening dedicated to peace, love, co-existence and happiness when the International Sadguru Foundation (ISF) held it's 'Festival of unity for peace' at the Indian consulate in Bur Dubai. The India-based NGO hosted the International Achievers Awards 2018 on Friday night to honour and highlight the achievements of various leaders and institutions who have positively contributed not only for their nation or religion but have worked hard to promote peace in the world.
ISF honoured the individuals and organisations (from India, UAE, Thailand and China) who have contributed globally in various fields by felicitating them with International Achievers Award 2018 at the event, which saw a crowd of 400 peace loving expats.
Spiritual leader and ambassador of peace Sadguru Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji handed over certificates of appreciation to UAE residents for their selfless community service.
The awardees included individuals and organisations that are striving hard to promote peace and unity in the world such as Konkani Mogi cultural group, Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre, the Bohra community head etc
