DUBAI—The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) opened its new branch for customer service in Naif area replacing its old office there, according to officials.
Rashid bin Humaidan, Deputy Executive Chairman for customer services, said,“ People can come to the new DEWA branch to inquire about their bills and pay them up, apply for new cables and installations, new subscriptions, change one’s address and ask for final bill, and new lease contracts. The can also submit complaints, proposals and queries at the new branch.
