AL AIN — A local resident has complained to the Commercial Protection Administration of the Economic Department of Al Ain that a hypermarket here was selling CDs that contained offensive cartoon, describing the Palestine nation and Palestinians as 'invaders'.
The resident, who spoke to Khaleej Times on the condition of anonymity, said he had urged the Department to seize all these offensive CDs.
When contacted, Ahmed Tarish, Director of the Commercial Protection Administration of the Economic Department said his department would investigate the case. He said any CDs containing materials that do not comply with the UAE laws, tradition, and policies, would be seized immediately.
