Oral care campaign launched

DUBAI — Oral-B has launched an oral hygiene campaign targeted at parents and children at Lamcy Plaza. Called the Super Lunch Box, the event runs from September 6 to September 13 between 6:30pm-10pm. The campaign will involve interactive sessions on oral care for kids as well as free dental check-ups.

The campaign is in response to alarming findings from a recent UAE survey on dental health of children which revealed that parents in the UAE do not place high importance on oral hygiene of their children.

“It was unfortunate to discover that a majority of parents in the UAE do not recognise the importance of early oral care programme for their children,” commented LK Gupta, Brand Manager Oral Care Arabian Peninsula, Procter and Gamble.

“The research revealed that many parents do not brush their children’s teeth before the age of three.”
