Dubai - The event titled 'Shukriya Pakistan' will begin today and is open to public.

Pakistani expatriates in the UAE are all set to start a four-day celebration of the Pakistan Day at the Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD), with a number of shows and activities.
The event titled 'Shukriya Pakistan' will begin today and is open to public. Pakistan's Ambassador to the UAE Moazzam Ahmad Khan will inaugurate the festival along with a number of other dignitaries.
The highlight of the festival is the Urdu stage play Mian, Biwi aur Wagah, which will be performed at the Pakistan Auditorium today from 9pm to 11pm and again on March 23 from 7pm to 9pm.
Rizwan Fancy, the PAD PR and media relations director, said: "A stage play, comedians, singers, food stalls, games and prizes for children are amongst a number of activities planned for the attendees".
The line-up includes comedians Rauf Lala and Pak Bean, singer Noman Ali Shah, magic shows, quiz contest, art exhibition, raffles and prizes, live PSL final screening and food stalls.
