Ingredients
> Chicken Liver 150 gms
> Garlic As required
> Pomegranate As required
> Lemon juice 10ml
> English parsley 2 gms
> Salt To taste
> Pepper To taste
Method
Fry the chicken liver for eight minutes until it becomes brown. Remove the oil, and fry the garlic for a few minutes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper, cook for another three minutes.
