Real estate investment company Ronson Capital Partners has unveiled Chiltern Place, its latest residential development in Marylebone Village in Central London.
Central London is a fantastic location for domestic as well international real estate investors.
The Chiltern Place comes under Westminster City Council, which has recorded more than 4 per cent growth in price during 2016, according to real estate consultancy Savills. It added that Westminster witnessed around 140 per cent growth in price during the last decade.
There is nearly 70 per cent proportion of international tenants in Westminster so it's good for rental income.
Around 60 per cent units in Chiltern Place, which is due for completion in the third quarter of 2017, have been sold, according to the developer.
The project will be a collection of 55 high-quality apartments and a four-storey townhouse.
"Marylebone is one of the most desirable locations in London, so we are excited to launch Chiltern Place, which offers high-quality homes at the heart of this charming London village," said Lisa Ronson, commercial director of Ronson Capital Partners.
"There is a wonderful sense of community in Marylebone and it really ticks all the boxes, with everything from a butcher and traditional bookshop to a weekly farmers' market and Michelin-starred restaurants. Our focus has been to create beautiful homes from which homeowners can enjoy the unique lifestyle offering on the doorstep," Ronson added.
Positioned on the corner of Chiltern Street and Paddington Street next to Paddington Street Gardens, the 16-storey development will offer elegant homes in the heart of Marylebone Village, a vibrant community and highly sought-after location in prime central London.
Homes at Chiltern Place feature the finest materials, craftsmanship and finishes, from timber and stone floors with underfloor heating to bespoke Italian kitchens and marble bathrooms. Highly specified throughout, they include Miele or Gaggenau kitchen appliances, Cat 6 cabling, high-speed fibre connections for superfast broadband and fully integrated Crestron home automation systems.
Designed to maximise natural light and views, they have ceiling heights of 2.75m and floor-to-ceiling glazing; most will also have a balcony or garden, with the larger apartments featuring multiple balconies.
All residents will have exclusive access to a private club with meeting spaces and a lounge area, as well as a fully-equipped fitness suite. Other services and facilities include an on-site concierge service, 24-hour security, bicycle storage spaces, valet parking and the option for an allocated car park space.
Chiltern Place was designed by PLP Architecture to be contemporary and yet complement the architectural heritage of the area. The building takes inspiration from the established character of Marylebone, with the use of carefully selected materials such as hand-set terracotta.
Marylebone has unrivalled amenities, with a vibrant café culture, independent shops, designer boutiques, popular high street brands, as well as pubs, bars and restaurants. It also benefits from convenient transport links (National Rail and Underground) and close proximity to green spaces including two of the Royal Parks, Regent's Park and Hyde Park.
