SHARJAH — The University of Sharjah Teaching Hospital will be completed by June and it will receive patients from September this year.
The teaching hospital will cost a total of Dh700 million and will have 220 beds, Dr Hossamudin Hamdi, Deputy Director, Medical and Health Science Affairs, University of Sharjah and Dean of College of Medicine, said yesterday.
The hospital would be affiliated to the College of Medicine of the university.
Dr Hossamudin said the hospital was being designed as per the latest technology. It would be provided with the state-of-the-art equipment.
