Ingredients
. 4 tbsp olive oil
. 1 large, thinly sliced onion
. 2 tbsp ginger paste
. 1 tbsp garlic paste
. 2 tsp tomato paste
. 1 tsp garam masala
. ½ tsp chilli powder
. 10 shrimps 21/25 size, shell on, tails intact, deveined
. ¼ cup plain yoghurt
. Salt and ground pepper to taste
Method
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and sauté onions till golden.
Add ginger, garlic and tomato pastes, garam masala, and chilli powder to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until the oil separates.
Add the shrimps and sauté them for a few minutes till they are slightly pink in colour. Remove from heat.
Stir in the yoghurt, and season to taste.
Serve warm on crispy naan bread.
