INGREDIENTS
. 1 banana, frozen
. 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
. 1 cup pineapple slices, frozen
. 1 ½ cup coconut water
. ¼ cup coriander leaves
. 1 tsp spirulina
. 1 tsp maca powder
. 1 tbsp lime juice
. 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
. A pinch of sea salt
. Lemon slices, for garnish
METHOD
Blend banana, pineapple chunks, mango chunks and coconut water in a blender till smooth.
Add coriander leaves, spirulina and maca, and blend till uniform.
Add limejuice, sea salt and maple syrup (if desired) and pour into a tall glass.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
