DUBAI - The Dubai Chapter of Toastmaster International recently concluded its club level contests in the International Speech and Evaluation categories for the Gulf Toastmasters Annual Conference (GTAC 2004).

The winners of the International Speech Contest were Loy Machedo (first place) and Sudhir Menon. In the Evaluation contest, the winner was TM Sudhir Menon and Loy Machedo was second runner-up.

The winners will compete against four other chapters at the Dubai area level competition.
