Tropical ambrosia

Serves: 4
Ingredients
Mixed fruits (strawberry, pineapple, peaches, mangoes), chopped 1 cup
Hung curd ½ cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Sugar, powdered 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence a few drops
Nougat powder 4 tbsp
Coconut, desiccated 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cherry a few
Method
Dry-roast the desiccated coconut and sugar together on a pan over a slow flame till the coconut turns golden brown. Keep aside.
Combine the hung curd, cream, powdered sugar and vanilla essence and whisk well. Keep refrigerated.
Arrange some of the fruits in a long stemmed glass and sprinkle 2 tbsp nougat powder on top.
Top this with the curd and cream mixture.
Sprinkle the desiccated mixture on top and chill.
Garnish with cherries. Serve chilled.
