Ingredients
White chocolate 450 gm
Cream, boiled 125 gm
Egg 3 pc
Whipped cream 590 gm
Method
Melt down the chocolate in a bowl over hot water and set aside.
Bring the cream to a rapid boil meanwhile and set aside.
Whisk the eggs before adding them to the warm chocolate.
Allow the eggs to cool to room temperature, and then fold in the whipped cream.
Set in moulds and serve with strawberry or raspberry sauce, lots of shaved chocolate and fresh raspberries.
