Asteco appoints new UAE head of sales and leasing

Whalley has been actively involved in the New Zealand property sector since 1990 with extensive experience in valuation and appraisal, client consultancy, asset and lease management and estate sales.

His new position at Asteco will see him take overall responsibility for Asteco's UAE operations including property sales and leasing, new project sales and marketing initiatives.
