Galadari Brothers, Terex Cranes sign agreement in Dubai

Galadari Trucks and Heavy Equipment (GTHE), a subsidiary of well-diversified Galadari Brothers Company, is set to enrich the booming construction sector in the UAE with its recent partnership with Terex Cranes, a US-based heavy equipment manufacturer under Terex Corporation that specialises in versatile tower cranes.

The dealership agreement was held in an intimate ceremony at the Galadari Brothers' head office on Wednesday in the presence of Suhail Abdullatif Galadari, Director and Executive Committee member; Mohammed Abdullatif Galadari, Director and Executive Committee Member; and Mohamed Yahya Kazi Meeran, Director and Group CEO of Galadari Brothers Company.
Samer Khalid, CEO for Heavy Equipment Division at Galadari Brothers, and other officials were also present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Lee Maynard, Global Sales Director - Tower and Rough Terrain Cranes, Terex, said the Middle East is an important region for Terex, in terms of construction, oil and gas.
"Our partnership with Galadari Brothers means that we are investing in these sectors and in them," Maynard said.
With an Aerial Work Processing (AWP) base set in Dubai, out of which Terex operates its tower and rough terrain cranes businesses, the firm is excited to further tap into the market through Galadari Brothers' extensive network and presence.
