Lokhandwala Builders announce Dh210m Eden Gardens project

DUBAI — Lokhandwala Builders has launched a second residential project at Dubai Sports City in Dubailand. The Dh210 million, 25-storey Eden Gardens development offers 318 fully-furnished studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments that combine contemporary design and quality workmanship with the most modern amenities.

Moiz Lokhandwala, managing director, Lokhandwala Builders International, said: “We wanted to build on the overwhelming response we received to our first project in Dubai which is already 85 per cent sold out. Eden Gardens is the second chapter in our continuing success story in Dubai.’’

Eden Gardens, due for completion in early 2008 will be located on a landscaped plot of 315,000 square feet in a secluded corner of Dubai Sports City. The property has been designed by National Engineering Bureau (NEB) Dubai.
