Nakheel, Bharat Hotels announce joint venture

DUBAI — Nakheel and Bharat Hotels, owners of 'The Grand’ group of hotels, have announced a joint venture to develop the India-based company’s first international hotel.

The Dh350 million ‘The Grand Fort Dubai’ will be positioned at an elevated location in Jebel Ali offering panoramic views of new Dubai. The luxury hotel and spa retreat will be in close proximity to The Gardens, Ibn Battuta Mall to the north, the proposed Jebel Ali airport to the south, and Jebel Ali port to the west.
