Emirates Driving beat Dubal Brown in Ramadan cricket tournament
DUBAI — Emirates Driving.I. beat Dubal Brown by five wickets in the Dubai Aluminium Company LTD’s Ramadan Tournament, a press release said.
Batting first, Dubal Brown players did well with the bat as they scored a very impressive 161 for five in 20 overs .
Lehru was the star of the show as he made a fine 64 not out.
Khalid Nadeem (48 not out) was the other main contributor with the bat for Dubal Brown team.
Hassan (4/16) was the star bowler for Emirates Driving.I.
Chasing the target, Emirates Driving.I. made 164 for five in 18 overs with Wasim Iqbal scoring 49 and Naveed 30.
In the second encounter, Solanki CC beat Al Dar by 63 runs.
Batting first Solanki CC scored 164 for 9 in 20 overs. Usman (45 not out) was the top-scorer while Iqbal made 27. Zeeshan (3/25) and Anil (3/27) of Al Dar were the best bowlers. In reply, Al Dar were all out for 101 in 20 overs with Mehfooz scoring 19. Iqbal (2/13) and Usman (2/15) were the main wicket-takers. The man-of-the-match award went to Usman.
This tournament is being organised by the Dubal Cricket Club.
