Snakes? We've got them
Dubai is a world-famous metropolis, but as Discovery Channel's new one-off documentary Wild Dubai (airing on Tuesday, October 9) reveals, it is also the natural home to a diverse array of wildlife.
Highlighting the important conservation work being carried out in reserves across the Emirate, Wild Dubai uncovers the traditions of camel racing and falconry, while reflecting the impact heritage plays on the commitment to protect the wider environment and its wildlife.
Wild Dubai also unearths an array of unexpected - often hidden - species, such as the Arabian horned viper, flamingos, scorpions and mice, as the documentary takes viewers beyond the city limits and into some the homes of these captivating creatures.
Available exclusively on OSN in the MENA region, Wild Dubai takes you on an exploratory journey to discover a different side of Dubai and its mysterious wildlife. Premiering on Tuesday October 9, on Discovery Channel at 10pm (UAE), the documentary will air on OSN channel 500, and will also be available to catch up on OSN Play and OSN On Demand.
