Skyline University College Center for Professional Development (CPD) organised a Career Workshop for 125 Grade 10 and 11 Filipino students of United International Private School Dubai on February 27, 2017 at SUC Multi-Purpose Hall.
The workshop speakers SUC Associate Professor Dr. Mohit Vij and Assistant Professor Dr. Sharon Dreisbach talked about selecting a career and career development respectively, a press release said.
Dr. Mohit shared the success stories of his students in the past to motivate the students to pursue their dreams and passions.
His presentation also contained key points on how to develop skills in different extra-curricular activities in order to master their craft.
Dr. Sharon had an interactive session with the students with her trivia questions about successful Filipinos who made a mark in global scene.
The workshop's objective was to inspire the students to aim higher in their educational pursuit and continue to learn, grow, and improve, the relase added.
